Folder f:\crap\uploads does not exist.
The value of your uploadsDirVar is incorrect. Open upload.asp in an editor and change the value of uploadsDirVar to the pathname of a directory with write permissions.

After you correct this problem, reload the page.

Upload time can very widely based on your connection speed and the size of the uploaded file.
Please click the upload button only once and wait for several minutes for the upload to complete.

Once done a file upload summary will load under the upload button.
